Red Cross runs a number of services to support the health and well-being of community members. These include:
* Patient Transport Service - to assist isolated people to attend essential medical appointments, where other options i.e. access to public transport etc are not available.
* Telecross Service - a free service which provides calls to isolated community members on a regular basis, to check on their well-being.

Grampians Health Ballarat - Dental Clinic
Description
The Ballarat Dental Clinic provides dental care to the Ballarat community. The Dental Service provides dental care of all children aged 0 to 12 years and the Dental Program provides dental care for children 13 to 18 years, with a concession card. Under the new Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) Medicare eligible clients are bulk billed. There is no waiting list for children.
Activities
The Adult Dental Care program is available to concession card holders and listed dependents only. Emergency dental care is also offered daily. General dental care and dentures are subject to a waiting list. Variable costs apply.

Grampians Regional Continence Service
Description
The service provides assessment and management for people of all ages with bladder and bowel incontinence and associated problems such as constipation.
Activities
The staff has expertise working with children experiencing day or night-time wetting, common problems such as faecal soiling, or children with incontinence issues associated with a disability. The service also offers support for women with bladder and bowel problems in the ante and post-natal periods and men with bladder and bowel problems post prostrate surgery.
A referral for this service is required through Central Intake on 5320 6690.
